We are thrilled on the recent publication of “How the East Was Won: A Day on the Stouts Fire” in the Grants Pass Daily Courier! The Mosqueda crew of Salem, Oregon found me at 5:15 AM and assembled their team for the sunrise photo. It was an absolute pleasure working with the firefighters working the 23,000 acre Stouts Creek Fire….hats off to the 1800 men and women working to protect Oregon’s rural communities.
